Gender Minorities in Tech (GMIT)
GMIT is Minerva's group dedicated to encouraging and supporting employees through unique challenges that gender minorities can face personally and professionally. As a group we get together for a quarterly event. Whether it's going out to dinner, taking a cooking class, or axe throwing, we want to provide a safe space for gender minorities to lift each other up.

Cogo Spectra
Cogo Spectra is the LGBTQ+ affinity group represented by Cogo Labs and their supported companies, including Minerva. The goal is to create a welcoming environment for the LGBTQ+ community and allies. Spectra hosts and attends events like volunteering, movie night, and Boston Pride to foster an inclusive environment and opportunity for dialogue.

Our philanthropy program sets out to embody the value we place on building communities of people. Our initiative focuses foremost on service through group volunteering events and a 'dollars for doers' program that matches individual volunteer hours to dollars. Our goal is to get employees involved and giving back to the Greater Boston community and to make this a fundamental part of Minerva's mission.
